Shipping amounts
The shipping fees in my shop are just set for Germany and EU and might therefore not be ideal for your situation or order. Worldwide shipping costs differ these days a lot, so please be aware that I will check out again carefully after you've ordered what will be the best option for your purchase. It might happen that shipping fees have to be adjusted a little bit. I will use DHL for national and international shipping, here you can find an overview.
If you believe the shipping fee displayed for your order is relatively steep for the size of your package, or you know a better alternative, feel free to contact me!
This webshop supports payment by creditcard or Paypal. If you have any question or remarks about your order, or you prefer (other forms of) payment or shipping methods, let me know by sending an email.
When will I receive my item?
I aim to have orders sent out in the next 2-3 days after purchase, it depends where the piece is travelling to, but I offer trackable postage on all items!
In case you can collect your order by yourself, you can use the discount code PICK-UP and then you will not pay any shipping costs.
If you miss your post, it is your responsibility to organise redelivery with the courier. I am not responsible for this and I cannot remake and resend pieces in these instances.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive and delivery isn’t attempted 3 weeks after you are told it is sent, please get in contact and I can investigate. Starting a claim can be done after three months. Please let me know within this time.
Can I return an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, I will give 30 days and if you pay delivery costs to and from. Please read item descriptions before buying and please be aware that my shop is a very small one :)
A3 prints will be shipped in a cardboard envelop to secure proper shipment. Please make sure to fill in the correct address and shipment fee at the checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs; these charges are your responsibility.
